Swing4Eagle ("the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles your data.
Swing4Eagle does not collect any personally identifiable information. Your swing videos and all analysis are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded. The app does collect anonymous, aggregate usage analytics (see Analytics below), which contain no personal information and cannot be used to identify you.
The app requests access to your camera and photo library solely to record or import golf swing videos for analysis. Videos are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server or shared with third parties.
All AI analysis, pose detection, and swing event detection are performed on-device using machine learning models bundled with the app. Your videos and their analysis never leave your device; the only information sent off-device is the anonymous usage analytics described below.
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data — such as which features are used, how many swings are analyzed, app and operating-system version, and device type — to understand how the app is used and to improve it. This data is not linked to your identity, contains no personal information, and is never used for advertising or for tracking you across other apps or websites. Analytics are processed by TelemetryDeck (telemetrydeck.com).
Swing4Eagle uses TelemetryDeck for the anonymous usage analytics described above. The app does not use any advertising or cross-app tracking services.
The app does not knowingly collect any data from users of any age.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
